Download Marble Fonts Family From URW Type Foundry
Designed by Alessia Mazzarella and Vaibhav Singh, Marble is a sans serif font family. This typeface has one hundred and ten styles and was published by URW Type Foundry.

Marble is part of Asterisk Type Collection by URW Type Foundry.
Marble is a modern sans serif with a distinct character and comes in 108 styles plus Variable Fonts. It grew from the desire to create full bodied letters in contrast to the economy of most sans serif faces. Designed for corporate and publishing use it is rounded and approachable, its three styles (Condensed, Normal and Wide) range from slender elegance to warmth and playfulness without ever being informal.
Designed by Vaibhav Singh and Alessia Mazzarella, Marble derives its character from the generous roundness of the x-heights which is balanced by the striking horizontal or vertical cuts to the terminals.  The result is a readable font that encourages the eye to move from one shape to the next and that offers a range of possibilities for digital and print.
The Marble family has nine weights in Latin for each variant.  Eminently versatile, it’s ideal for establishing hierarchies of information with a wealth of choices for headlines, subheadings, captions and body copy styles that are all in harmony with each other.  The Wide style allows headlines to be set with width and presence.

Download Tenon Fonts Family From Signal Type Foundry

Download Tenon Fonts Family From Signal Type Foundry
Designed by Seán Mongey and Max Phillips, Tenon is a sans serif font family. This typeface has six styles and was published by Signal Type Foundry.

When we trimmed the serifs off our new slab serif family Mortise, we found a plain, efficient sans that marches through the uncanny valley between grotesk and geometric, with almost circular bowls that lend extra energy to the line. Like its sibling, Tenon has open counters, a generous x-height, and wide proportions that suit small sizes and small screens. Used larger, its brisk, optimistic air makes it a good choice for projects ranging from editorial design to signage. It’s available in six weights, from the precise X-Light to the muscular X-Bold.

Designed by David Kerkhoff, Guilty Pleasure is a brush display and hand display font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Hanoded.

Some time ago, my kids asked me what kind of sweets I really liked. To be honest, I don’t actually like sweets at all - never have, never will. BUT… you can wake me up for chocolate and ice cream! Those are my guilty pleasures!
Guilty Pleasure is a handmade font. I used China Ink and a brush to create all the glyphs. Guilty Pleasure is a very distinct display font. I recommend you use it for your ice cream or chocolate packaging… but that, of course, is entirely up to you!

F.W. Woolworth was once one of the giants of the variety store chains, along with the likes of Kress, S.S. Kresge, McCrory’s, Neisner Brothers, Ben Franklin and others.

In 1960, the company brought out a new corporate logo with a type design harking back to the Art Deco style of the 1930s and 1940s.

A photo of one of their old store fronts (despite having only eight letters to work with) inspired the digital interpretation of the signage as Bargain Shopping JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Toward the end of the 1920s, Art Deco influences were starting to creep into modern design.

The hand lettered title on the cover of the1928 sheet music for “Fascinatin’ Vamp” not only embraced the new Deco movement, but sent it on a wild typographic ride.

Letters of mixed thicknesses and stylings made up the two word title, and this unusual group of letter shapes became the inspiration for Free Form Deco JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Vintage (circa 1960s) packaging for Parker Cartridge Pen Erasers had the product description printed in bold stencil lettering featuring a squared look with rounded corners.

This design has been recreated digitally as Marketing Stencil JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

The hand lettered title on the 1911 sheet music for “That Railroad Rag” was designed in a block style letter with spurred serifs.  This simple typographic layout evokes the imagery of early rail transportation although the song itself is was a ‘modern’ composition of then-popular ragtime music.

Railway Station JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Designed by Jeff Levine, School Age JNL is a display slab font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Jeff Levine Fonts.

The “Trixy Toy Educator” was a 1930s-era set of letters and numbers (along with a few animal shapes) for teaching children, and was manufactured by the Durrel Company of Gardner, Massachusetts.

Die cut from thick cardboard, the 40 piece set also included a rack to display the characters, presumably for little ones to practice the correct order of the alphabet and basic numerals or to spell simple words like ‘dog’ or ‘cat’.

Whomever came up with the idea, they used the most rudimentary and unusual ‘type design’ shapes in the A-Z and 0-9, but they were just odd enough to inspire a digital type version of them.

School Age JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Hand lettering done in a playfully distinct Art Nouveau style comprised the title on the cover of the 1916 sheet music for the song “Your Mother is Your Best Friend After All”.

This served at the working model for Sunshine Nouveau JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

A piece of British sheet music for “You’re Sweeter than I Thought You Were” [from the 1935 film “Jack of All Trades” starring Jack Hulbert] provided inspiration for a digital typeface based on the credits for Hulbert and the film that rather than the song’s title.

What’s interesting is the lettering style was influenced by Art Nouveau at a time when Art Deco was gaining in popularity.

The result is Sweet Treats JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

(According to Wikipedia, John Norman ‘Jack’ Hulbert (April 24, 1892 – March 25, 1978) was a British actor, director, screenwriter and singer, specializing primarily in comedy productions, and often working alongside his wife Cicely Courtneidge.)
